During the transition, we led multiple interactive training sessions grounded in adult learning theory and hands-on application. The focus was on helping people understand how the system supported their work and day-to-day responsibilities.

Fiery Feather also consolidated the evolving processes into shared documentation the team could reference, update, and maintain over time — supporting long-term adoption beyond the initial rollout.
